TECHNICAL MANAGEMENT
€ 4% of monthly rental income (5% in combination with financial management)
With technical property management we take care of the maintenance of your property. As a real estate owner, you want questions and complaints regarding maintenance to be addressed and dealt with as quickly and carefully as possible. Many real estate owners experience this as disturbing, because it takes up a lot of valuable time. VHE Real Estate Management is ready to take care of the maintenance matters and calamities.

There are various financial matters that must be arranged when renting out your property. This includes timely collection of the rent, keeping the rental administration up to date and making changes to rental agreements. VHE Real Estate Management offers financial security and strives to minimize vacancy and non-payment. With the help of a management system, we can properly register the monthly rent payments and identify rent delays on time.
